Miller is the co-founder of Flatland Chicago with Chris Reeves. While quarantining in March 2020, he founded Late Capital TV. Late Capital is currently hosted on Flatland's website and streaming content most days.

He writes, makes films, teaches, and works 20 hours a week for the Department of Art, Theory, Practice at Northwestern University. Additionally, he works as a freelancer for the Department of Exhibitions at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where he was previously an Exhibition Manager. His films have screened at the Centre for Contemporary Arts Glasgow, EXIS, Fracto - Berlin, Montreal Underground, ICDOCS, among others.
