From 1954 until its closure in the 1970s, the Victoria Coal Mine in Warrick County was one of the largest surface mines in Indiana. Focusing on an area near Yankeetown, Indiana, and near the homes of many of Miller's relatives,Victoria, IN is a bucolic photographic and video record of an area permanently altered by the coal industry.
